Meet Our Five Little Firecrackers: Penelope’s July 6th Litter!

July 6 was an extra special day at Magnolia Moon Yorkies. As America celebrated its 250th birthday, Penelope was busy bringing five little firecrackers of her own into the world.

With four boys and one girl arriving just after the Fourth of July, we couldn’t resist giving this litter names inspired by the celebration surrounding their arrival. Knox, Blaze, Stripe, Crimson and Star each got a name with a little nod to America, fireworks and the red, white and blue.

From the moment they arrived, these five tiny personalities stole our hearts. They’re being raised right here in our home, surrounded by everyday life, plenty of handling and most importantly, lots of love.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll share their milestones, changing little faces and developing personalities here in The Puppy Journal. One day they’ll leave Magnolia Moon for families of their own, but for now, we’re soaking up every moment with our five little firecrackers.
